Our Founder
With nearly three decades of experience leading successful Post-Sales, Operations and Go-to-Market organizations in the tech industry, Susan founded ELEV8 to share her expertise and empower organizations to achieve their next level of success.
Her experience ranges from building the Technical Account Manager (TAM) program at VMware, to creating entire post-sales organizations and scaling global customer success teams. Prior to starting ELEV8, she was a senior executive running strategy & operations for a multi-billion dollar R&D organization.
In 2023 Susan was honored as one of the Top Ten Women of Distinction by Success Pitchers for her exceptional leadership and outstanding achievements.
